Wines of Alsace Wine Dinner

We are very excited to share with you our next wine and culinary adventure. On Thursday March 22nd (7-9pm) please join us in the beautiful Hunt Club at the Crowne Plaza in Nashua, NH to experience the distinctive flavors and aromas of the Alsace region of France. With its fairy-tale aesthetic, Germanic influence, and strong emphasis on white wines, Alsace is one of France’s most unique viticultural regions. It is very easy to fall in love with it for its history, chocolate box houses, amazing food and phenomenal wines.

We will be joined by special guest Van Potts, founder of Preston-Layne & Partners, a world class traveler, gourmet food lover, and very interesting person to talk to. Van will be representing 5 unique wines from the Cave de Turckheim winery. For more than 50 years, Cave de Turckheim has been producing an extensive range of wines, including three different Grand Cru wines. We will have a unique opportunity to taste Cave de Turckheim Grand Cru Brand Pinot Gris 2010, Alsace, $59.99 retail price.

Five exquisite Alsatian wines will be paired with a 5-course dinner created by very talented Executive Chef of the Crown Plaza, Todd Lytle. All food and wine pairings were done by Svetlana Yanushkevich, DWS, professional sommelier and wine educator.
