The Napa Valley has become the most famous wine region in the United States.  This class will be all about Cabernet Sauvignon wines. You will have unique opportunities to learn differences in Cabs from Oakville, Rutherford, Stags Leaps, St-Helena, and Yountville sub-regions. In this class you will taste and learn about more concentrated, powerful and age worthy Cabs from steeper, higher-altitude sites on Mount Veeder, Spring Mountain, and Howell Mountain.
