Viña Tabalí Sauvignon Blanc Gran Reserva 2017, Limarí Valley, Chile $17.99 

Intense, complex and elegant on the nose with citric notes and gentle green pepper aromas. The palate shows great volume with crisp, high acidity giving chalky minerality and a fresh, long, fruity finish.
Food Pairings: Vegetables, oysters, seafood, fish, appetizers, and grilled chicken.

 

Don Pascual Viognier Reserve 2013, Uruguay, $17.99 

Weighty and rich, but the melon core to this Uruguayan Viognier is solid. The palate pumps round apple with walnut shadings, and the finish goes to melon, papaya and banana.
Food Pairing: grilled shrimp with tropical fruit salsa, Thai dishes with mild curries and coconut milk, pumpkin curry, pizza with fresh mozzarella, lobster and scallops in a pear vinegar cream sauce, and smoked trout.

A wine of great finesse, ripeness and rose-petals and grapefruit aromas. Spicy complexity, delicately rich.

Undone Pinot Noir 2013, Rheinhessen, Germany $14.99

A kiss of violet mingles with bright red cherry and strawberry aromas on this elegant yet approachable wine. It’s juicy and concentrated with sunny red-berry flavor, but fresh with acidity and the moderately long finish.
Food Pairings: salmon or tuna, duck, or pork.  It is also a great choice for moderately flavored cheeses like Gruyere, Gouda, and aged cheddar.

Rated 92 points by Beverage Tasting Institute: “Best Buy”. A light, fresh red wine that has delightful aromas of raspberries, black cherry, blackberry and clove. It is dry but full of fruit and a perfect every day Italian red.
Food Pairings: Perfect with all pasta dishes, pizza, chicken, lamb, beef and soft cheeses.

 

Tutunjian Carmenere Single Vineyard 2015, Chile $19.99

From start to finish, the touches of tobacco, and red and black cherries intermingle, producing a great potency in the mouth. It possesses a generous body with smooth and friendly tannins. It is a well-rounded wine with a juicy and lingering finish.
Food Pairings: This Carmenere pairs well with grilled red meats such as a variety of beef steaks and cuts, lamb, and bison.

Sourced from the hilly terrain of Washington, our Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color and spice driven in aroma with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. A soft entry onto the palate leads to rich black cherry, black currant and dark chocolate flavors.
Food Pairings:  This rich Cabernet Sauvignon has the backbone to stand up to a well-seasoned beef roast, a hearty lasagna with Bolognese sauce, or lamb burgers with blue cheese crumbles.

 

Brady Vineyard Petite Syrah 2015, Paso Robles, California $24.99 

Rich and luxurious, featuring deep crimson color and aromas reminiscent of blackberry, and black pepper with subtle notes of roasted vanilla and spice. On tasting, it shows opulent texture and savory berry and bramble flavors that echo the aromas. The wine is luscious, full-bodied with balancing gentle acidity and just a hint of velvety oak that lengthens the finish.
Food Pairings:  Enjoy by itself, or with smoked or roasted meats, sharp cheeses and with dishes with rich flavorful sauces.

Produced exclusively from white grapes, this wine is obtained by blending different harvests. Initially aged in stainless steel vats, it is blended after 3 years. It is a very exotic, fresh and delicate wine. Its aromatic complexity and a Baume of 3º make it an unforgettable experience.
Food Pairings: Excellent apéritif, to be served chilled. Bleu cheese, sweet desserts.

 

Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout, NY Limited Release!  $2.50 

A Russian Imperial Stout brewed since 1994, our Black Chocolate Stout has itself become a modern classic, heralded the world over. It achieves its dark chocolate aroma and flavor through the artful blending of six malts and three distinct mashes. Properly kept, it will improve in the bottle for many years. This stout is the toast of the winter season in many countries, and there is nothing better to enjoy with chocolate desserts, cheesecake, ice cream, fine cheeses and roaring fireplaces. Given this beer’s higher ABV and sturdy character, we think it’s a prime candidate for cellaring. Find a cool, dry spot away from light sources, and see how it changes in the years to come.
